Elizabeth Nelson is a co-founder of Children of Hoarders, Inc., an all-volunteer organization that aims to improve the lives of children from hoarded homes. In addition to moderating a peer support group for adult COH, she helps to raise awareness of the impact of hoarding on children, families, and communities through her appearances in print and broadcast media, as well as speaking before student, professional, and general audiences.
